ZAGOPE – CONSTRUÇÕES E ENGENHARIA, SA (ZAGOPE) has a Compliance Management System based on the best international and governance practices and on the international standard ISO 37001 (Anticorruption Management System), strictly complying with the legislation in force in the markets where it operates.
On January 19th, 2021, ZAGOPE was awarded ISO 37001 certification by the certification entity RINA.
This recognition is an important milestone, certifying that our Anticorruption Management System meets all the requirements of this international standard.
The certification includes our offices in Lisbon, Madeira, Mozambique, Angola and Ghana, and all the processes, from prospecting to the execution of civil and industrial construction works.

STANDARD FOR RELATIONSHIPS WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES
Zagope is committed to follow a strict operation compliance and determine any deviation to its guidelines, with the aim of creating a fairer and more efficient business environment in the markets where it operates.
To that end, it counts on the Standard for Relationships with Public Authorities, whose aim is supplementing the Code of Ethics and Conduct and establishing guidelines to steer the ethical conduct of collaborators and partners regarding their relationship with public authorities and public agents, both national or foreign.
