360° Vision 2026–2028: Two Days Building ZAGOPE's Future

This year's 360° Vision took on an even greater significance as it unfolded over two days dedicated to strategy, inspiration and team spirit.

On the first day, we unveiled our vision for 2026-2028, presenting the outlook and objectives of the Company's different business areas. We were also honoured to welcome actor Paulo Azevedo, who shared his inspiring life story, shaped by determination, resilience and the ability to overcome challenges.

On the second day, collaboration came to life through a memorable team-building activity, where our people combined their musical talents and creativity to compose the ZAGOPE Anthem.

It was a symbolic experience that reinforced the value of teamwork, demonstrating that, just as in music, the greatest impact is achieved when everyone works in harmony.

The event concluded with a lively traditional summer festival, bringing even more energy, camaraderie and team spirit, and providing the perfect ending to two days of celebration and shared experiences.
