Relationship with Public Authorities Standard
Institutional trust is built on ethics, clarity, and accountability.
At ZAGOPE, our relationships with public entities follow Compliance guidelines that ensure transparent, ethical conduct aligned with the laws of the markets where we operate.
This standard complements the Code of Ethics and Conduct and sets out essential principles for employees and partners when dealing with public officials, wheter domestic or foreign. It is a commitment that reinforces our culture of integrity and contributes to safer, fairer, and more responsible institutional relationships.
Whistleblowing Channel
Transparency strengthens trust.
ZAGOPE provides a secure and independent Whistleblowing Channel, open to both internal and external parties, for reporting situations that may violate our guidelines, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, or the integrity principles that guide our company.
Operated by a specialized external entity, the channel is available through a website and a toll-free phone line, ensuring confidentiality, transparency, and anonymity whenever the whistleblower requests it.

Zagope guarantees that it will not retaliate against any whistleblower who raises concerns or reports in good faith.
