The joint-ventures led by Zagope and Mota-Engil are competing for the construction of the Violet Line of the surface metro that will connect the municipality of Loures to Odivelas, with an estimated investment of 527.3 million euros.
The public tender was launched in March and includes the construction of 17 stations and a length of 11.5 km. The price of tenders is one of the most important criteria, with a weight of 65%.
The deadline for submitting documentation proposals was last Friday.
