The dam was built in the province of Jijel, in the northeastern region of Algeria, and is 51 meters high, 295 meters long and has a capacity of 120,43 million m3. This is a roller-compacted concrete dam, executed for the first time in the country using a “ramp” system. During its construction, compliance with deadlines and quality have always been a priority.
