Ghana Eastern Corridor is a National Road N2 that starts in Tema Roundabout and ends in Kalungugu, the northeastern border with Burkina Faso, a distance of 695,6 km. The route was designed as a commercial north-south corridor, providing a shorter access to the port of Tema and improving integration between the upper east, north and Volta regions of Ghana as well as between Ghana and Burkina Faso, including Mali and Niger.
