Main characteristics:
Shared contract between Multi Terminais and Libra Terminais. The scope of work for Libra Terminais included landing part of the existing canal to increase the existing back area, as well as an extension of the existing pier. The scope of work for Multi was the construction of a new pier, two dolphins and renovations of the existing pier.
